Friday, July 9, 1920 pg. 4 Mrs. J.J. Savage, an aged lady of Bells, died last Saturday night. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. J.L. Truett at the Baptist church at Bells Sunday afternoon. Mrs. Savage was a pioneer citizen of Bells. She is survived by a son, Jim Savage, and 3 daughters, Mrs. Luther Thomas of Denison, Mrs. Earl Kimbrough of near Denison, and Mrs. Merriett of Oklahoma.
