 
 Cecil "Dale" Radican, 72, of Garland, Texas, passed away May 19, 2018. He was born August 18, 1945, son of Rayburn Arnett Radican and Hazel Corrine Crofford Radican. Dale married Linda June Jackson on December 8, 1964 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He worked 20 years as a plumber for Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union #100 and 20 plus years at Richardson ISD as an Aquatic Engineer. Dale loved to hunt, fish, ski and collect coins. He enjoyed listening to "oldies" such as Patsy Cline and Buddy Holly. He was an amazing swing dancer and taught his daughter, Teresa, how to dance when she was a tiny girl. Dale had a passion for life, a love for his family, and never met a stranger. He would give anyone the shirt off his back if he thought they needed it. He is survived by his wife of 54 years; daughter, Teresa Cowart and fiance, Lee Roeske, of Garland; grandchildren, Corey Cowart and wife, Jennifer, of Arlington, Texas; and Joshua Dale Coward and Emma Pointer of Arlington; Texas; great-grandchildren, Lathan Kade and Wren Helena Cowart; 6 cousins; 6 nieces and nephews; his mother, Connie Radican; sister, Marie Lowry of Pilot Point, Texas; brother, James Radican and wife, Gayle, of Denison; brother, Michael Radican and wife, Annette, of Bells, Texas; his beloved Aunt Gracie Payne of Garland, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father; sister, Kathy Felmet; grandparents, David and Maggie Graham; uncles, Preston and wife, Susie Crofford; and Alvin Payne. A funeral service was held Thursday afternoon, May 24, 2018 at Mullican-Little Funeral Home in Bells, Texas. Interment was in Rose Hill Cemetery in Bells. Pallbearers were Corey Cowart, Joshua Cowart, Lee Roeske, James Radican, Taylor Radican, and Michael Radican.
