Alex was a retired Aircraft Mechanic from Dallas Air Motive. He was a member to the Savoy United Pentecostal Church in Savoy, Texas and a graduate of Crozier Tech High School in Dallas

BELLS - Funeral services for Celestina "Sally" Sanchez were scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, February 12 at the Savoy United Pentecostal Church.  Rev. Virgil Cornwell of the church conducted the service with interment at Rose Hill Cemetery in Bells.
Celestina was born May 19, 1936 in Karnes City and passed from this life on February 8, 2011 at her home in Savoy.
Sally was preceded in death by her husband, Alexander B. Sanchez; and her parents.
She is survived by her 5 children and 2 stepdaughters, Seferino Mendez, Jr. of Mesquite; David Mendez of Ladonia; Diana Ramos of San Marcos; Cindye' Dodd of Leonard; Linda Brown of Savoy; Diane Rivera of Red Oak; and Rosemary Gonzalez of Lancaster. She is also survived by numerous loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Michael Nicholson, Kevin Connors, Shane Kepley, Jonathan Mendez, Monty Stanley and Geron Simpson.
Services were under the direction of Mullican-Little Funeral Home of Bells/Savoy.
