Bells, Texas -- Kenneth Ray Orr, 77, passed away December 12, 2016 at Carrus Hospital in Sherman.
Graveside services were held 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 16, 2016 at Rose Hill Cemetery, Bells, Texas. Bro. David Taylor  officiated.
Kenneth was born November 27, 1939 in DeKalb, Texas to Thomas Watson Orr and Clara Mabel (Nix) Orr. He was married
to Deanna Sue Parks February 12, 1961 in Odessa, Texas.

Kenneth was in the Navy and was self employed most of his career. He enjoyed spending time with his boys, coaching them in little league, going fishing and camping. He also enjoyed travelling with Deanna in their RV.
Kenneth Ray Orr is survived by his wife, Deanna Orr, of Bells; sons and daughters,  Michael Orr and wife, Donna, of Kemah, Texas; Tony Orr and wife, Pamela, of Bells; Frank Orr of Bonham; Kelly Orr and wife, Marcia, of Bells; Tina Schmidt and husband, Dewey, of Blanchard, Oklahoma; LuAnn Kilgore and husband, Mark, of Chickasha, Oklahoma; one sister, Mary Thomason of Big Springs, Texas; 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and one great-greatgrandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother; and four sisters.


Deanna Sue Orr, 76, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2021 at her home in Bells, Texas.  Graveside services were held Friday morning, March 5, 2021 at Rose Hill Cemetery, Bells, Texas.  Pastor Billy Neal officiated.
She was born in west Texas, daughter of Cecil and M. Patricia Parks and grew up in Rotan, Texas where she went to school.  She met the love of her life and married Kenneth Ray Orr on February 12, 1961 in Odessa, Texas.
Deanna was self-employed and worked alongside Kenneth for most of her career.  Later in life she attained her RN license from Grayson County College.  She was very passionate about nursing and it brought her joy to be able to help others.
She enjoyed traveling with Kenneth in their RV.  She attended First Baptist Church of Bells and enjoyed going to Sunday school.
She is survived by her sons: Michael Orr and wife, Donna, of Kemah, Texas; Tony Orr and wife, Pamela, of Bells, Texas; and Frank Orr of Bonham, Texas; stepchildren: Kelly Orr and wife, Marcia, of Bells; Tina Schmidt and husband of Blanchard, Oklahoma; LuAnn Kilgore and husband, Mark, of Chickasha, Oklahoma; and her 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother; and husband.
