Brewer 1870 - 1942 The Denison Press Monday, February 3, 1941 DEATH ROLL Mrs. Elizabeth Knight Following an illness of two years Mrs. Elizabeth Ellen Knight, 89, a resident of Pottsboro, Route 1 for 37 years, died Saturday at 8 p.m. at the Frost home for the aged here. Funeral services were held this afternoon at 2:00 from the Denison Funeral Home chapel, Rev. G.W. Wall officiating, assisted by Rev. Bruce Hibbitt. Interment was at Preston Bend Cemetery, Denison Funeral Home and George Shields Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Knight was born Feb. 22, 1851 in South Carolina, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Brewer. Her husband was the late J.F. Knight. She was a member of the Methodist church and is survived by a half-brother, Charles Brewer, of Denison.
