Terry Max Miller was born September 22, 1928 in Whitewright, Texas to Joe Miller and Sarah Ruth Waldrop Miller. He married Lou Rae Holcomb on February 6, 2001 in Bells, Texas. He died Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at Red River Regional Hospital in Bonham, Texas at the age of 86. He was a resident of Whitewright, Texas.
Terry was a graduate of Whitewright High School. After graduating he went to work for the Katy Railroad as a fireman and
engineer. He later served his nation in the U.S. Army. After his service he worked for Allianz Insurance for over 30 years.
Terry was a member of Hebron Baptist Church.
He is survived by wife, Lou Miller of Whitewright; son, Doug Miller and his wife Karen and grandson James Miller of Richardson. He was preceded in death by his parents and son Randy Miller.
Graveside Services will be held 1:30 PM, Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Pilot Grove Cemetery, Pilot Grove, Texas. Officiating the service will be Rev. Houston Garner.
The family will receive friends during a visitation on Friday, February 20, 2015 from 6-8pm at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, Whitewright, Texas.
