Mrs. Thelma Massey, 27, Dies Sunday
Mrs. Thelma Massey, 27, a resident of route 3, Denison, for the past two years died at a local hospital Sunday at 8 p.m.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the  Nazarene church with Rev. O.F. Lankford officiating.  Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery with Short-Murray directing.
The deceased was born as Thelma Brock, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Brock February 5, 1911, at Minco., Oklahoma.  She was reared and educated at Chickasha graduating from the high school there.  She later moved to Oklahoma City and accepted a position as a stenographer for a medical doctor, which she held for five years.  She married William T. Massey of Denison, at Wichita, Kansas, January 29, 1934; the couple coming to this city in 1937, residing here since.
She was a member of the Nazarene church.
Surviving are her husband; two sons, Billie Joe and Jackie Edwards of Denison; three brothers, George Brock of Taylor, Nebraska, Calvin Brock of Mesa, Arizona, and Charley Brock of Tishimingo, Illinois; and two sisters, Mrs. Lettie Hornberger of Tishimingo, Oklahoma and Mrs. Effie Shockey of Phoenix, Arizona.
