The Denison Press Saturday, March 27, 1937 pg. 1 McCARTY BURIAL TODAY The funeral of Oliver Newton McCarty, former Denisonian who died of pneumonia Friday at Wichita Falls, was conducted Saturday afternoon at his home on West Coffin street here. Rev. J.F. Murrell of the First Baptist Church officiated. Interment was at Oakwood Cemetery with Short-Murray, funeral directors, in charge. Pallbearers were Arthur Boatwright, James Corbett, James Woolover, Merle Dixon, T. Fitzgerald, and R.D. Rushing.  OAKWOOD CEMETERY
