 Denison  Section 7  W.H. Kimbrough 1841 - 1899 Elizabeth R. Kimbrough 1844 - 1897 The Sunday Gazetteer Sunday, October 15, 1899 Mrs. Bettie R. Kimbrough, who has been a resident of this city a number of years, died on Monday at her home, No. 1108 West Owings street. The death of Mrs. Kimbrough is a great loss to the community. No person ever came in contact with Mrs. Kimbrough without feeling that he or she was in the presence of a woman of noble character. Her every motive was pure and generous, her every action was prompted by the noblest impulse. In her death an affectionate and dutiful mother and good neighbor was lost forever to the community. Mrs. Kimbrough was buried Tuesday afternoon from the Cumberland Presbyterian church. How deeply she was loved and esteemed was attested by the large throng of mourners. The interment was at the Oakwood cemetery.  OAKWOOD CEMETERY
