Charles Pierpont Johnson, son of  Mr. and Mrs. George Johnson of 618 W. Hanna, died Sunday morning at 9:10 at a local hospital
Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Short-Murray chapel with Rev. S.L. Terry officiating.  Interment was at Oakwood with Short-Murray directing.
Surviving are the parents and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Rose Johnson and Mr. and Mrs. C .W. Pierpont.

Funeral services for George Johnson, 44, of 1427 W. Crawford, were held at Bratcher-Moore chapel Monday afternoon.  Rev. Duke Barron officiated and interment was in Oakwood Cemetery.  Johnson died Saturday afternoon after an illness of five years.
Johnson was born November 12, 1910 in Denison, the son of Mr. and Mrs. C.L. Johnson.  He was educated in Denison schools and was a member of Waples Methodist Church.  He operated a Gulf oil station on South Armstrong, and was formerly field engine inspector at Kelly Field.
He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Rosa B. Johnson, Denison; a daughter, Mrs. Kermit Williams, Kenanville, North Carolina; two brothers, L.C. Johnson, Denison and Joe D. Johnson, Dallas, and one granddaughter.
