Mrs. Ann Bivens [sic], died of la grippe at her home, No. 224 East Hull street, early Saturday morning, April 4.  The remains were interred at Oakwood, Tuesday, April  7.  Mr. John Bivens [sic], the lady's husband requests the Gazetteer to return thanks to the many kind friends for...during his wife's sickness.

LOCAL CONDENSATIONS
Monday - Mrs. Ann Bevan, wife of John Bevan, aged 55 years, residing at 224 East Hull street, died Saturday.
Tuesday - The remains of Mrs. Ann Bevan were interred this evening in Oakwood.

DEATH ROLL
Following the arrival of W.C. Bevan from Cleveland, Ohio, brother of E.J. Bevan, deceased Friday morning by way of the Texas Special, the funeral service for Mrs. Maggie Bevan, who died Wednesday at noon while confined to the Denison city hospital, will be conducted from the Waples Memorial Methodist church at 4 o'clock Friday afternoon with Rev. C.W. Hearon officiating.  Burial will be made at Oakwood cemetery by George Shields, funeral director.

Death Roll

Mrs. J.S. Steel of Tulsa, Oklahoma, arrived in the city Wednesday night to attend the funeral service of Mrs. Maggie Bevan at the Waples Memorial church Friday afternoon.
