 Denison  Section 2  John Strom 1839 - 1891 The Sunday Gazetteer Sunday, December 13, 1891 MORTUARY John Strom, proprietor of the Buckhorn lunch counter, died early Monday morning at his residence, 422 West Sears street, after an illness of abou 2 weeks. Mr. Strom had been in poor health for a year or more but his death was a surprise to everyone. Tuesday evening his remains were interred in Oakwood Cemetery under auspices of the Ancient Order of United Workmen, of which society he was a member.
