Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah A. Zuver, 84, who died at her home, 520 W. Murray, June 19, were conducted Tuesday from the Bratcher chapel, Rev. Wesley Hodges officiating, and Bratcher directing.  Burial was at Oakwood.
Mrs. Zuver was born December 26, 1875, at Kentuckytown as the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Miles.  She received her schooling in Whitewright.  She was a member of the Southside Baptist church.
Surviving are three sons, John and Albert Zuver of Denison and WIlliam F.  Zuver of Platter, Oklahoma.  Also surviving are four daughters, all of Denison, Mesdames D.O. Brinkley, R.P. Pike, Eva Henry, and G.A. Hodgkinson.
Also surviving are five brothers, Claude D. Miles, Mead, Oklahoma; Albert Miles, Tecumseh, Oklahoma; Ed Miles, Shawnee, Oklahoma; Arthur Miles, Tecumseh, Oklahoma; and Ben Miles, Shawnee, Oklahoma; and 45 great-grandchildren.

Funeral for Mrs. Nellie Maude Zuver, 60, of Denison was held in Denison this morning.  Burial was in Oak Hill [sic] Cemetery.  Mrs. Zuver, a native of Whitewright, died Sunday.  She was born on October 6, 1906, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jake Thornhill.  She married W.E. Zuver, November 11, 1923.  He died in 1960
Survivors include her mother; a son; two daughters; six brothers, J.B., Frank and Caleb Thornhill of Whitewright, Bill and Bennie Thornhill of Denison, and Sherman Thornhill of Sherman; three sisters, Mrs. Ruby Coffman of Denison, Mrs. Gertrude Stapleton of Hugo and Mrs. Pearl England of Whitewright.
