Denison - Services for James Albert "Buster" Zuver, Sr., 73 year old retired painting contractor who died Sunday at his home in Denison, were held Wednesday afternoon at Johnson-Moore Funeral Chapel. Rev, Albert Trapp officiated and burial was in Oakwood Cemetery.
Mr. Zuver was born in Tecumseh, Oklahoma, a son of Mr. and Mrs. James A. Zuver, attended South Gale school and married Jessie Hibdon on October 7, 1929 in Durant, Oklahoma.
He was a member of Parkside Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife; daughter, Margie House of Denison; brother, John Zuver of Denison; sisters, Esther Brinkley and Effie Fike, both of Denison, and Edna Hodgkinson of Dallas; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Donny Shives, Sylvester Shives, John Richard Stogner, Randy Peacock and Dennis House,
