Yerion 23 August 1883 - 13 January 1943 Sherman Democrat January 14, 1943 Page 9 DENISON - Charles Watkins Yerion, 60, who moved to Denison six months ago after spending almost all his life at Ravenna, in Fannin county, died at a local hospital Wednesday night after a week of illness. his home was at 330 West Gandy. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Short-Murray chapel with burial in Oakwood. Mr. Yerion was born at Milsap August 23, 1882, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Yerion, and went with his family to Ravenna at the age of eight years. After working in a bank he went into the drug business at Ravenna, retiring last August when he and his wife came to Denison. Mr. Yerion married Miss Ruby Phillips December 4, 1918. Surviving are his widow; a son, Charles E. Yerion of Denison; two daughters, Mrs. Bland Farrow and Miss Jo Ann Yerion of Denison; four sisters, Mrs. J. Harry Aker of San Antonio, Mrs. George B. Anthony of Springfield, Mo., Mrs. J.B. DeWitt of Sherman and Mrs. P.C. Arledge of Bonham and three grandchildren.  OAKWOOD CEMETERY
