 Denison  Section 1  Geo. W. Castle 1874 - 1952 The Denison Press Friday, July 18, 1952 pg. 4 Funeral services were held at Bratcher-Moore chapel, Thursday, July 10, for George W. Castle, 77, who died at his home, 724 W. Crawford, Wednesday after a week of illness. The Rev. Richard Crews officiated at the services and interment was in Oakwood Cemetery. Mr. Castle was born in Mississippi, February 9, 1875. He was married in Houston, November 18, 1923, to Eula M. Mercer. He was associated with an insurance company in Little Rock before coming to Denison. He was a member of the Christian Church. Survivors are his widow; three brothers, J.T. of Little Rock, and W.H. and R.E. Castle of Oklahoma City; and two sisters, Mrs. Loanna Runyon, Sulphur, Oklahoma; and Mrs. W.R. Sanders, Los Angeles.
