FORMER DENISON RESIDENT DIES IN CALIFORNIA
Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Ridenour, 63, former Denison resident who died April 27 at her home in Los Angeles, California will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at the Shields funeral home.  The body is scheduled to arrive in Denison late Thursday afternoon.  Mrs. Ridenour had been ill for several years.
Mrs. Ridenour was a native of Illinois, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.B. Beason.  She was married to T.T. Ridenour, Katy engineer, who died a number of years ago.  Mrs. Ridenour moved from Denison to Dallas in 1928 and moved to Los Angeles.
Surviving are three sons, J.W. Ridenour of Dallas, and Charles and Raymond Ridenour of Los Angeles; two daughters, Gussie and Ruby Hennessey of Los Angeles; one brother, Allen Beason of El Paso; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Dovie Ridenour of Denison; and a brother-in-law, J.D. Ridenour of Denison.
Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery with Shields Funeral directors in charge.
