 Denison  Sherman Democrat December 15, 1937 Denison - Mrs. Carrie L. Patterson, 66, died at her home at 2100 South Fannin at 6 a.m. Wednesday following an illness of 19 months. Funeral services are to be held with interment in Oakwood Cemetery. Born Oct. 11, 1871 in South Carolina, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Pilgrim, she was reared and educated there. The family came to Texas 32 years ago. She suffered a broken hip last year and never recovered from the injury. Surviving are a son of Los Angeles, Calif., and 2 sisters, Mrs. Hattie Pautsky of Denison and Mrs. E. L. Roden of Ravenna.  OAKWOOD CEMETERY
