 Denison  The Denison News Thursday, October 16, 1873 pg. 4 OBITUARY In this city, Wednesday morning after a short illness, Niels Laisen, aged about 40 years. Mr. Nieils is but recently from Brazil, having resided in our city but about two months. He leaves a widow to mourn his loss. Mr. Niels was a Mason, a member of a lodge in Brazil, and was buried Thurday evening with Masonic honors. On October 10 a Mr. Niel Larsen, a Mason and a native of Brazil, died and was buried in Oakwood under the auspices of the Denison lodge, A.F. and A.M.  OAKWOOD CEMETERY
