EDWARD BUSBY, PAPERHANGER, BURIED SUNDAY
After an illness lasting ten days, Edward L. Busby, local painter and paperhanger, who lived at 31 Price street, died at a local hospital Saturday afternoon.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon from the Free Will Baptist Church, of which he was a member, from the home of Clyde Smith, 705 Coffin street.  Rev. Joe N. Farmer, officiating.  Interment was at Oakwood with Short-Murray directing.
Mr. Busby was born March 25, 1871 at Lebanon, Missouri, his parents being Mr. and Mrs. Ed Busby.  At ten years of age, with his parents, he moved to Bonham and came to Denison in 1921.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Emma Busby and a brother Matt Busby.
Pall bearers were Clyde Smith, John Shields, T.C. Condon, Ira Dunaway, Will Rushing, J.P. Harper.
