Funeral services were conducted Thursday for Nathaniel Daniels, 118 W. Sears, who died Wednesday at his home.  Services were conducted by Leland Aiton, pastor of the Church of Christ and interment was at Oakwood.
A resident of Denison four years, Mr. Daniels formerly lived in Abernathy.  He was born January 29, 1868 in Rosston, Arkansas.  On August 2, 1891, he married Miss Annie Crow.  Mr. Daniels was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include his widow; three sons, O.W. Daniels of Spring Lake, Charles Daniels of Amarillo, and James D. Daniels of Denison; three daughters, Mrs. Ethel Moore and Mrs. Opal Rogers of Lincoln, Arkansas, and Mrs. Ruby Smith of Ketchikan, Alaska; four brothers, W.H. Daniels of Brownwood, F.T. and George Daniels of De Leon and A.E. Daniels of Comanche; three sisters, Mrs. Fannie Almand of Garland, Mrs. C.H. Daniels of De Leon, and Miss Alice Daniels Brownwood; 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
