OBITUARY
Mrs. Biddy Crawford died at 1:15 this morning at the residence of her daughter, Miss Linda Crawford, No. 319 West Woodard street, after a lingering illness.  The deceased came to Denison from Roanoke, Denton County, ten weeks ago and has been ill at the home of her daughter since that time.
Mrs. Crawford was 73 years old.  She was the mother of ten children, seven of whom are still living.  She was born in Georgia, coming from northern Alabama to Texas seventeen years ago, since which time she has lived with her son, J.T. Crawford, at Roanoke.
Funeral services were held this afternoon at 2:30, interment following at Oakwood Cemetery.

MRS. CRAWFORD DIES SATURDAY, BURIED MONDAY
Mrs. Lorene Crawford, 27, died at her Chestnut street home shortly after midnight Saturday, following an illness of six months.
Funeral services were conducted Monday morning at 10 o'clock at Short-Murray chapel with Rev. S.L. Terry officiating,  Interment was at Oakwood with Short-Murray directing.
Mrs. Crawford was born in Birmingham, Alabama, December 22, 1908, her parents being Mr. and Mrs. W.N. Leak.
Surviving is a son, Billy Ray, of this city.  Also two brothers, J.F. Leak, Oklahoma City and C.N. Leak of Dallas.  And two sisters, Mrs. Lillie Durham and Mrs. O. Oliver, Denison.
Mrs. Crawford came with the family from Birmingham to Bonham where she was reared and educated.  She was married in that city and came to Denison several years ago.  She had been in ill health for the past six months.
