Sulphur Springs, Texas Friday, February 7, 1913 FATHER OF 26 CHILDREN Governor Colquitt recently received a letter from W.H, Shires of Hagerman, Grayson County, Texas, requesting a certificate of honor, as issued by the Governor to those who have reared large families, be forwarded him. As Mr. Shires is the father of 26 children, it is the opinion of the Governor he should not be deprived of a certificate, but should be given 2 or more certificates.  William C.
