DENISON - Funeral services for Kristy Lashail Dawson, 33, of Denison were held Monday morning, September. 21, 2009, in Parkside Baptist Church. Rev. Chet Haney, Rev. Howard Martin and Rev. Cheryl Jones officiatee. Burial was in Magnolia Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Angelic Mortuary.
She died Wednesday, September 16, 2009, in Texoma Medical Center.
She was born September 14, 1976 in Denison, the daughter of Frederick and Belvely Hines. She attended Denison High School and Grayson County College. She was a member of Haven Chapel UME.
Surviving are her fiance, Sonny Junior Medford of Denison; parents, Frederick and Belvely Hines of Denison; brothers, Curtis Smith Jr. of Denison, Reginald Hines of Gainesville; and Gregory Bevels and wife, Sharifa, of Alexandria, Louisiana; and sister, Gwenet Davis and husband, Rev. Craig Davis, of Sherman.
