Denison, Texas - On September 16, 1970, Richard and Georgia were blessed with a bouncing baby girl born at Memorial Hospital in Denison and they named her Rhonda.
Rhonda grew up in Denison and attended Denison Public Schools. She continued  her education by enrolling at Grayson County College. Later she became a loyal employee of Denison Public Schools and remained until her demise.
Community Baptist Church and remained a faithful member until God called her home Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at the tender age of 45, at Texoma Medical Center following a brief illness surrounded by her love ones.
Left with precious memories are her devoted husband Raymond Barnum; stepmother Margaret Carr; stepdaughter Kamea Barnum; stepson, Deran Braxton; 10 grandchildren; brothers Richard (Susie) McKinney, Sr.; Rickey McKinney, Bobby Carr, Corey White and Edward Corbin; sisters, Brenda White, Remeika Dunlap and Lisa Cragle; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Saturday morning, March 26, 2016 at Bethel Community Baptist Church, 401 W. Walker St., Denison with Pastor Michael Braxton, Sr. officiating. Burial followed at Magnolia Cemetery.
