Consuela White, age 59, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 18, 2007 at Zale Lipshy Hospital in Dallas.
Mrs. White was born on January 30, 1948 in Denison, Texas the daughter of Leroy and Jewel (Gardner) Lewis. Connie married Roger White on December 2, 1967 at Antioch Baptist Church in Denison. She served as manager at Ringler’s Women Wear. Connie was a strong, devout Christian who loved the Lord. She was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church were she served as choir director for years. Connie was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Connie is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Roger White of Denison, Texas; beloved daughter, Shawnna R. White of Houston, Texas; brothers, John H. Lewis of San Angelo, Texas and Leroy Lewis, Jr. of Denison, Texas and a host of relatives and friends. Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Jewel Lewis and sister, Priscilla Lewis Anderson.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at Truth Tabernacle Church with Rev. Manuel Gardner officiating and Rev. C. E. Evans will be pulpit conductor. Interment followed at Magnolia Cemetery in Denison. The family has request that your expressions of love and memories be written and not spoken at the service.
Memorials for Consuela White may be made in her name at Independent Bank, 331 West Main, Denison, Texas 75020.
Pallbearers were Alvis Dunlap, Herbert Flowers, Don Brown, John Cox, Modicue Holmes and Harry Smith. Honorary pallbearers
were Jeremy Lewis, Leo Ransom, Johnny McShan and Tom Bowen.

Arrangements are under the direction of Fisher Funeral Home, located at 604 West Main in Denison.


Roger White, 74, entered into eternal life Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at his home in Denison.
Roger was born November 15, 1943 in Ravenna, Texas, son of Tommie Pauline (Topsy) and Dennis White, Sr.  After graduating high school and attending college, Roger went to work for the Katy Railroad for several years.  Later he began to sell cars; Roger excelled in this endeavor because of his kind spirit and honesty.  After 50 years of selling cars for different dealerships over the years, he retired from Team Bonner in Denison.  He enjoyed fishing, playing dominoes and going to the casino.  Roger leaves a legacy of integrity, love of family and of God.
Roger leaves behind daughter, Shawna Mack and husband, Paul, of Houston; two grandson; two great-grandchildren; fiance, Ann Dunlap and her chidren, grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Gertie Henson of Bonham; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by parents; beloved wife, Connie White; and sister, Vera White.
Funeral services were held at noon Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Parkside Baptist Church with Rev. Manuel Gardner, Rev. C.E. Evans and Rev. Paul Mack Sr. officiating. Following the service he was laid to rest in Magnolia Cemetery.  Pallbearers were Jeremy Lewis, Alvis Dunlap, Michael Elder, Leroy Lewis, Jr., Prescott Mack and James White.  Arrangements were under the direction of Fisher Funeral Home, Denison - Fisher Funeral Home.
