  Charles E. Cooper 1 October 1947 - 21 October 2012 The Herald Democrat October 28, 2012 Sherman - A Celebration of Life for Mr. Charles E. Cooper were held Monday morning, October 29, 2012 at Progressive Baptist Church. Mr. Cooper was born October 1, 1947 in Celina, son of Jesse Cooper and Ramona Mundine Cooper-Wyatt. Charles passed away October 21, 2012 at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Sherman. He is survived by his father of Rock Island, Illinois; his siblings: Gracie Luper of Tacoma, Washington; Lonnie Smith of Dallas; William Cooper of Ft. Worth; Martha Cooper; Del (Tanya) Smith of Davenport, Iowa; Jimmy (Linda) Cooper of Corsicana; Robert and Mae Cooper of Rock Island, Illinois; Steven Smith and Venus Daniels of Sherman; and a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends.
