Friday, October 15, 1954 pg. 5 Funeral services were held at Bratcher-Moore chapel Wednesday afternoon for Mrs. Marlin Jones, 63, of Pottsboro, who died at her home Tuesday after a year of illness. Rev. Don Bergerson of Ft. Worth officiated and burial was in Locust Cemetery. Mrs. Jones was born in Missouri October 12, 1890, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.A. Jones. She was a member of Hagerman Baptist Church. Survivors are son Grady Jones of Benton, Arkansas; three daughters, Mrs. C.E. Miller of Pottsboro, Mrs. W.J. Sterling of Brownwood, Mrs. Gordon Worthington of Kit Carson, Colorado; two brothers, Curt and Jeff Jones of Moses Lake, Washington; two sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Lewis and Mrs. W.L. Shires, both of Pottsboro; and six grandchildren.  Grady F.
