Linda Diann Forman
23 August 1956 - 18 June 1988


Lewis Ray “Bill” Forman, 58, passed peacefully away Friday, September 16, 2016 surrounded by his family.
Bill was born January 16, 1958 in Dallas, Texas the son of Billy Ray and Jewel (Bartley) Forman.
He was a loving son, husband, brother, father, grandfather and uncle. His passion was hunting and fishing. Always wanting to catch that record breaking big mouth bass. And if he didn’t, he was just happy having a pole in his hands. His family was his world and he loved them more than anything and was able to make great memories with them on the lake. Bill fought an eight year battle with cancer and now has been received into the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Bill is survived by his loving mother, Jewel Forman Ringquest of Pottsboro, Texas; loving and devoted wife, Trena “Taz” Forman; sons, Gary Forman and wife, Dina of Madison, Mississippi; Jerry Don Forman and wife, Courtney of Romance, Arkansas; daughters, Crystal and husband, Rich Lester of Streetman, Texas; Brandy Blackwell of Pelahatchie, Mississippi; Natasha and husband, Clay McGuire of Beckville, Texas; and Brandi and husband, Heath Pickett of Del Rio, Texas; brother, Jeff Forman and wife, Pam of Pottsboro, Texas; mother and father in law, Jackie and Donny Cockerham of Teague, Texas. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, Anthony, Savanna, Marc, Dylan, Alana, Darin, Haylee, Emery, Braxton and soon to be Lewis Wayne and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Ray Forman and sister, Linda Diann Forman.
Pallbearers were David Ricks, Dennis Hulsey, Don Teal, Jimmy Snider, Jimmy Britt and Scott Lashley. Honorary pallbearers were members of the Texoma Bass Club.
