POTTSBORO - Don Beshears, 59-year-old Pottsboro resident, died Sunday, February 14, 2010 at his home.
Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 17 at Locust Cemetery with Rev. Neal Alexander officiating. Military honors were conducted at the gravesite.
Mr. Beshears was born on May 30, 1950 in Denison, the son of Herman D. and Martha Lee Parsons Beshears. He attended Denison schools and Grayson County College. On November 23, 1976, he married Karin Albert in Linden.
He was a Disabled American Veteran, and was of the Baptist faith.
Don is survived by his wife, Karin Beshears of Pottsboro; daughters, Sonja Paul and Lori Beshears, both of Pottsboro; brothers, Thomas Beshears and wife, Rose, of Laredo, and William Ray Beshears and wife, Charlotte, of Bedford; sister, Marta Gayle Croom and husband, Tim, of Bedford; and grandchild, Blaze Paul of Pottsboro.
Johnson-Moore Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements.
