He’s a strong man With a big soft heart
He’s there beside you
From the very start
He’s a kiss on the cheek
When it’s time for bed
He’s a shoulder for to lay Your weary head
He’s a light in the dark
To light the way
He’s your favorite toy
When it’s time to play
He’s a firm hand
When you’ve done wrong
He’s an eager ear
For your made up songs
He’s always there
When you need him to be
What is a Father?
Well, he’s Daddy to me!
