for Jack Holloway, 85, were held Wednesday in Dannel Funeral Home
Chapel, Sherman native, who died Saturday in Phoenix. Rev. Sam
Randolph of the First Baptist Church in Howe officiated. Burial
was in Holloway Cemetery under the direction of Dannel and Son Funeral
Home. Before moving to Phoenix 25 years ago, he owned and operated a cafe here. Afterwards he was with the Phoenix Street Department. He was a member of the Baptist Church. He is survived by a son, A.J. Holloway; 2 daughters, Mrs. Lola Combs and Mrs. Frances Hall, all of Phoenix; sister, Mrs. Ada Curry of Sherman; 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
