Tom Bean - Funeral for Dan Freeman, 70, who died Tuesday at a Sherman hospital was held Thursday at Tom Bean Church of Christ.  Burial was in Holloway Cemetery with H.C. Quinn officiating.  Mullican-Little Funeral Home of Bells was in charge of arrangements.
Feagan was born November 28, 1916, son of D.O. and Winnie Davis Feagan; grandson of Daniel Feagans and Mary Ann Blanton; great-grandson of Stephen Fletcher Blanton and Sarah McDaniel of Fannin Co., Texas..  He was a lifelong resident of Tom Bean.  He married Elizabeth Anthony November 14, 1942 in El Paso.  Feagan was a member of the Tom Bean Church of Christ, an Army veteran of World War II, longtime cattleman, and member of the Livestock Commission and Grayson County Development Council.
Surviving are his wife; son, William D. "Bill" of Tom Bean; and brother, Howard of Tom Bean.




William Daniel “Bill” Feagan, Jr. was born April 23, 1957 in Sherman, Texas to William Daniel “Dan” Feagan and Elizabeth Estelle Anthony Feagan. He married Martha Lobo de Dutton on January 9, 1997 in Tom Bean, Texas. He died Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at his residence in Tom Bean, Texas at the age of 58.
Bill was a life long resident and cattleman in the Tom Bean area. Bill married Martha later in life. He welcomed her family into his life. Her family became his family. He was greatly loved a will be missed.
He is survived by wife, Martha Dutton of Tom Bean; step-sons, William E. Dutton and wife Leslie of Florida and Cliff E. Dutton and wife Yadira of Costa Rica; step-grandchildren, Carman Dutton, Luke Dutton, Drake Dutton, Jocelyn McGehee, Natalia Dutton, and Josue Dutton; great-grandsons, Kaden Haywood and Kale Dozier; cousins, Rebecca Robertson and Lisa Hollensed.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dan and Elizabeth Feagan.
Memorial services will be held Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at 11:00 am at the First Baptist Church in Tom Bean. Rev. Roger Jackson will officiate.
