Services were held at 2 p.m. at Mullican-Little Funeral Chapel for James N. Morrison, 65, Route 1, Sherman, who died Tuesday in a Bonham VA hospital.  M.E. Blake of the Whitesboro Church of Christ officiated.  Burial was in Holloway Cemetery near Tom Bean.
Mr. Morrison was born in 1905 in Howe, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Morrison.  He had lived in Grayson County all his life.
In 1951 he married Christine Callwell.  He was a veteran of World War II, a cattle dealer and a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife; one son, James Morrison of Sherman; one daughter, Judy Ann Morrison of Sherman; two brothers, Jewell and Cecil Morrison of Howe; and three nephews.
