McBroom, Sr. 23 June 1939 - 3 April 2015 US Air Force  Sherman, Texas - Graveside services for Patricia Ann Gamel McBroom of Sherman were held Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Hall Cemetery in Howe, Texas with Bro. Dale Ballard officiating. Chris Jenkins, Claud McBroom, Claud McBroom, Jr., Dalton Woods, Jackie McBrook, Jr., and Robert Lawrence served as pallbearers. Patricia lost her battle Sunday, February 19, 2017 at the age of 68. She was born in Stockton, California, daughter of Josie Barnes and Robert Gamel. Patricia married Jack in 1969. They moved to Sherman in 1970 where they raised three children. They raised and loved their family for the next 48 years until Jack's passing in 2015. She is survived by sons, Jackie and Crystal McBroom of Enterprise, Alabama; Claud and Stephyne McBroom of Denison, Texas; and daughter Carla and Kelly McGovern of Silo, Oklahoma. Brother Butch Gamel of Bokckito, Oklahoma; sisters, Linda Ladd of Sherman and Susan Edenton of Sherman.
