Glenn is rejoicing today in the presence of his Savior.  He went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 30, 2023 at the age of 81.
Lloyd "Glenn" Fulton was born December 7, 1941 in Durant, Oklahoma, son of Lloyd and Sadie Fulton.  When he was a year old, his family moved to Cooper, Texas.   Later in life, his family moved to Garland, Texas.  After gradating from Garland High School, Glenn attended the University of Texas in Arlington where he received his Bachelor's degree.   Glenn was a Certified Public Accountant and went to work for several companies, including Reed Drill, Texas Instruments, and MEMC in Sherman, Texas.  Glenn retired from MEMC in 1998.
In 1963 Glenn married the love of his life, Virginia "Jo" Bishop.  Together they were blessed with 4 children.  They lived  in Arlington and then Garland, Texas before moving in 1973 to Howe, Texas.  All 4 of their children attended and graduated from Howe where Glenn was very involved in the local school district.  Over the years he served as the treasurer for the Band Booster Club and as a trustee for the Howe School Board.  Glenn and Virginia started attending the Sherman Church of the Nazarene in 1975 and are members till this day. Glenn served as church treasurer, Sunday School Secretary and as a Church Board Member for many years.  He and Virginia also helped start the Lone Star Cowboy Church of the Nazarene.
Retiring from full time work in 1998, Glenn continued his CPA business until the fall of 2020 when his health began to falter.   Even th ou gh his healt  declined, he still enjoyed spending time with hi s children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
His family was a joy in Glenn's life.  Since all 4 of his children were involved in the Howe High School Band, Glenn and Virginia went to 19 years of Howe football games, concerts, fundraisers and competitions.   His support for family continued with many years of attending events for his grandkids.
He is preceded in  death by his parents, Lloyd  Wesley a nd Sadie Keith Fulton; sister, Martha Barger; and brother, Charles Fulton.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia Jo Fulton; 4 children and their spouses: Donny (Amber)  Susan, Sharon (Jason Crouch) and Tim (Stefanie); 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

We rejoice with this faithful servant who fought the good fight, finished the race, and kept the faith.
A Celebration of Life was held at Heritage Nazarene Church, Sherman, Texas tTuesday afternoon with Rev. Mack Rogers officiating.  A graveside service and interment was held at the conclusion of the service at Hall Cemetery, Howe, Texas.
