Gunter, Texas, Aug. 4 - Lula Day shot and killed her husband, E. L. Day, here late yesterday. She was arrested and a formal charge of murder filed.  Day, shot twice, with a .45-caliber pistol, was instantly killed.
Last week, Mrs. Day filed a suit for divorce. Mr. Day filed a suit for several children.  This is the second killing of this kind in Grayson County in the past two weeks.
