 Roy Lee Jackson 18 December 1903 - 3 December 1977 Vivian Jackson 21 December 1911 - The Denison Press Wednesday, November 24, 1954 pg. 2 Funeral services were held at Willow Springs Church Friday afternoon for Otis Jackson, 78, of Route 1, Pottsboro, who died at his home Wednesday after an illnes of a few weeks. R.E. Monroe and Jim Swafford officiated and interment was in Georgetown cemetery with Bratcher-Moore funeral directors in charge. Jackson was born in Dexter, Texas, December 11, 1876, son of Mr. and Mrs. C.C. Jackson. He attended school at Dexter and was married in 1902 to Myrtle Montgomery. He was a member of the Church of Christ and had been a farmer in the Pottsboro community for 40 years. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Myrtle Jackson; a son, Roy Jackson of Pottsboro; and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Etta Bell of Midland, Texas, and Mrs. Sarah Nichols of Atoka, Oklahoma.
