September 5, 1914 Sherman High School Moms Declare Proper Dress Rule The Mothers' Club of the Sherman High School have adopted the most sensible plan as to school dress for high school girls we have yet noticed. All girls are required to be dressed in simple clothing and no finery will be tolerated, no silk stockings, no high heel shoes, no paint and powder, no silk waists.
