 1901  This is a photo from my grandmother, Malissa Gertrude Hamilton Stephens (1886-1981), and Ethyl Lillian Hopper Ball, my great aunt. My grandmother told me she was about 14 or 15 years old when the photo was taken. She and Ethyl are on the left in the last row of the photo (the girl 4th from the left on the last row may be Anna E. Reeves, Malissa's step-sister and my great aunt). Malissa and Annie were living in the household of George W. Reeves, uncle to Annie, in the 1900, JPct 3, Grayson, Texas Census enumerated 5 Jun 1900, age 12, TN, TN, TN (Annie E. age 10, TX, TN, TN).
