   Oak
Ridge School served the Carpenters Bluff Community which was located
eight miles east of Denison. A new school building was built in 1910
after a smaller one was torn down. It was a two-story building
with the Woodmen of the World sharing the upper floor for the meetings.
The Oak Ridge cemetery is located near the original school grounds.
