Whitewright, Tex., July 26 - The Van Alstyne base ball club played a match game yesterday at Kentuckytown with the Kentuckytown club, which resul ted: Van Alstyne, 10; Kentuckytown, 4. The Dewdrops of Whitewright played the Kentucktyown Kids yesterday at Kentuckytown. The score stood: Kids, 5; Dewdrops, 30. The Red Stockings returned at a late hour last night from Bonham, where they met with defeat from the Blue Stockings. The score was: Reds, 4; Blues, 20. The Bells brass band met the boyd here and gave them an unexpected serenade.
