I.O.O.F. ELECTS OFFICERS
At the regular meeting of the local I.O.O.F. lodge Thursday night of last week, the following officers were elected for the ensuing term:
Jack Webster, Noble Grand
B.B. Hall, Vice Grand
D.R. Lewis, Secretary
L.O. Lackey, Treasurer
R.H.May, Trustee
Jesse Wallace, representative to the Grand  Lodge
E.B. Martin, alternate representative to the Grand Lodge

In conformity with the general  plans of the fraternit throughout the State, the lodge decided to have a "home coming" celebration on the night of December 18, at which time refreshment will be served and to which  Odd Fellows and their families will be invited.  In lieu of the usual Christmas donation of eatables and toys for the children at the I.O.O.F. orphans home at Corsicana, the lodge members sent a special cash donation of $45.00 for Christmas cheer at the home.

A large number of Odd Fellows and their families came out in the face of the severest winter weather of the season last Thursday night to participate in the "home coming" entertainment and festival that had been prepared for the occasion.  It was an enjoyable affair.
