Saturday December 26, 1885 DIED - Mrs. Jno. Walsh died at the family residence this morning at 6:30 o'clock. She will be buried in the city cemetery this afternoon. Sherman Daily Register Monday, December 28, 1885 BURIED - The remains of Mrs. John Walsh were laid away in the quiet burying fround near Friendship Methodist church, just west of the city. She was a most estimable lady who leaves a large family of children and a husband to mourn her loss. The funeral service was conducted by Rev. J.N. Binkley, pastor in charge of the Travis Street Methodist church.
