  Oneal E. Lilly 26 October 1920 - 4 July 1996 Pauldeane V. Lilly 10 October 1928 - 21 December 2021  Sherman - Funeral services for Pauldeane Virginia Lilly were held Thursday afternoon, December 23, 2021 at Waldo Funeral Home. Rev. Roy Spore officiated. Burial followed in Friendship Cemetery with Garry Lilly, Dennis Akin, Ricky Pratt, Steve Lilly, Melvin Lilly and Steve Flowers serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers were Garry Lilly, Jr. and Dennis Lilly. Mrs. Lilly, 93, passed away Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at the Homestead of Sherman. Pauldeane was born October 10, 1928 in Sherman, daughter of James and Virginia Kidd Flowers. She graduated from Sherman schools in 1947 and married Oneal Lilly on June 1, 1947. Mrs. Lilly worked for Texas Instruments for 25 years, retiring in 1991. Mr. Lilly was a farmer and Pauldeane loved living on the farm and being a farmer's wife. Mrs. Lilly was a member of Friendship United Methodist Church since 1947 and taught Sunday School for many years. When visiting her daughter, she would also attend the First Baptist Church of Platter and was active with the Cameo Class and had made many friends with that group of women. Mrs. Lilly love God and all her family. She is survived by her 2 daughters, Bobbie Pratt and husband, Ricky, of Cartwright; and Judy Akin and husband, Dennis, of Sherman; one son, Garry Lilly and wife, Elizabeth, of Sherman; 8 grandchildren: Amy Pratt, Dustin Pratt, Beverly Clemmons, Dennis Lilly, Garry Lilly, Jr., Cheri Lilly, Kristal Beat, and Brandi Garner; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and son, Larry Lilly. Memorials may be made to the Friendship UMC.
