OBITUARY
Charles Tanke, for 25 years a resident of Denison, died this morning at his residence, No. 115 South Austin avenue, from a complication of troubles, of which pneumonia was the immediate cause.  He was 40 years of age and is survived by his father, H. Tanke, and a sister, Miss Esther Tanke, both residents of th is city.
Deceased was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
Decedent came here from Marshall over a quarter of a century ago.

LOCAL NEWS NOTES
The body of Charles Tanke, who died Wednesday morning, was laid to rest this afternoon in Fairview Cemetery. The local aerie of the Fraternal Order of Eagles conducted the services. At 2 p.m. the members of the aerie assembled at the hall
and proceeded to
Halton's undertaking establishment, whence the cortege went to the cemetery, where the usual ceremonies of the order were held.
