Mrs. Mabel Long Martin, 71, of Ft. Worth, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Cook Hoog of Denison, died in Ft. Worth Friday, May 10, after 3 weeks of illness.  The remains were brought to Denison by Bratcher Funeral Home for graveside services and interment in Fairview cemetery.  Rev. Father Robert Maceo officiated.
Mrs. Martin was born in Denison August 13, 1885 and attended school here.  She was a member of the Trinity Episcopal Church in Ft. Worth.
Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Hazel K. Moore of Grand Junction, Colorado; 2 brothers, James F. Hogg of Denison and Richard Hogg of Nash, Texas; 3 sisters, Mrs. Anna Burt Haney of Ft. Worth; Mrs. Charlotte Dollarhide of Dallas; and Mrs. Pauline O. Pierce of Ft. Worth; one grandchild and 2 great-grandchildren.
