Keith Edward Marshall, 70, of Denison, passed away peacefully at home Tuesday November 16, 2021.
Keith was born February 16, 1951, in Sherman to Cleophas and Margie Marshall. Keith graduated from Denison High School Class of 1969 and then from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 1977. He married his forever love Sheri Jean Carlat on November 26, 1971 (they were getting ready to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary) in Denison. He retired from American Bank of Texas in 2014. Prior to his time at American Bank, he spent numerous hardworking years at Safeway and then Alcoa where he developed numerous lifelong friendships.
After retirement he enjoyed going on vacations with his bride, motorcycle rides with their close friends, tons of family celebrations, and most of all loved attending every single activity his grandkids were doing.
Keith was preceded in death by parents Cleophas and Margie Marshall, mother-in-law Evelyn Carlat, and Grandson Camden McKinney.
Keith leaves behind his beloved family,  his wife, Sheri of 50 years; his son, Jason Marshall and wife, Fawn, and grandson, Cooper of Coppell; his daughter,  Keri McKinney and husband, Britt and their kids, Hudson and Karli of Prosper; uncle, Tommy Smith and wife, Melba of Van Alstyne, uncle, Roy Harper of Tulsa, brother-in-law, Dennis Carlat and wife, Cathy and their kids, Adam and wife, Kalen and daughter, Allarie, Natalie and her daughter, Audrey of Peoria, AZ, Chad Carlat and his son, Finn of Fort Worth, along with many cousins, and life long friends, Bobby and Rosemary Householder and their family.
Funeral services for Keith will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday November 20th at Park Avenue Church of Christ in Denison. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Family and friends will gather to visit from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, November 19, 2021, at Fisher Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Cooper Marshall, Britt McKinney, Lloyd Smith, Bobby Householder, Jeremy Householder, Cody Householder, Glen Earnhart, and Harold Porter

Arrangements are under the direction of Fisher Funeral Home in Denison.
