Wilson Claude Fish peacefully entered into eternal life May 22, 2022.

Wilson was born January 22, 1938, in Denison Texas, the son of Zella and Sydney Fish. After graduating from Denison High School joined the Navy at 17 years old and then the Coast Guard in 1962 and served for 22 years. Wilson lived in Puerto Rico, Italy, and Corpus Christi while he served as an aircraft mechanic. He met his wife Carmen and they married July 24, 1965. He received several awards from the Coast Guard including the Expert Pistol Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Good Conduct award, National Defense Metal. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing.

Wilson is survived by wife, Carmen Fish, son, Alexander Fish and wife Jan, grandchildren, Mathew Wilson Walker, Krystalyn and Gary Williams, Alexes and Ryan Buchanan, and Alexander Fish II, great grandchildren, Drew and Preslee Williams, John, Oliver, Sebastian, Titus, and Zelie Buchanan, nieces and nephews, Donna Gayle Starks, Keith, Chipper, and Lee Letz.

Wilson was preceded in death by his parents, Zella and Sydney Fish, and sister, Laura Jane Letz.

All are invited to a small visitation service with a word from a Pastor and recitation of the rosary on Wednesday May 25, 2022, from 6-8pm at Fisher Funeral Home in Denison. Join us for cremains burial with military honors on June 8 at 10am at Fairview Cemetery in Denison TX.
