 DENISON - Mrs. Alice Cox, 106-year-old Denison resident, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2010 at The Homestead of Denison.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hopewell Baptist Church in Denison with Rev. C.E. Evans, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Denison. Mrs. Cox is survived by her daughter, Betty Cox Moreland of Rancho/Cucamonga, Calif.; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Arrangements are under the direction of James E. Smith Funeral Director. Public visitation will be held at the church from 10 a.m. until service time at 2 p.m. Flowers may be delivered to the church on Tuesday morning.
